The Al-Duhail first football team concluded its series of friendly matches today with a match against Spanish team Granada, starting at 8 pm, as part of the team's training camp, which is being held in the Spanish city of Murcia, and will continue until July 31st.

And the team's technical staff are optimistic.&To improve players' technical and physical readiness, as well as to test some tactical plans in preparation for the start of the new 2025-2026 football season, which will begin on August 14th.

In another development, foreign media reports indicate that Al-Duhail is looking to strengthen its squad by signing Senegalese striker Papa Magaye Gueye, who is 19 years old, in preparation for the new season.

The reports also indicated that the Qatari team's management had begun negotiations with the young player, who is also attracting interest from some European clubs, after his return from a one-season loan spell with Swiss club Sion to his original club, Dakar Salam Academy in Senegal.
