The Ministry of Transportation organized a session&«Change Management»» Aims to align leaders with the upcoming phase's developments as part of preparing for the launch of its new strategy (2025)&– 2030), and the follow-up required for the strategic initiatives and projects that arise from it, with the presence of Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Muaddid, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transportation, along with ministry officials and department managers, in order to involve the ministry's leadership in this important stage, which requires enhancing their readiness, clarifying the methodology and working mechanism during the implementation of the strategy, as well as highlighting the role of leadership and the team in supporting the implementation of the Ministry of Transportation's strategy. The session witnessed fruitful and constructive discussions on a number of topics related to the implementation of the new strategy.
