The first football team of Al-Rayyan continues its training camp in Spain, which will last until August 1st, in preparation for the new 2025-2026 football season.

A very positive atmosphere prevailed in the camp, as the technical staff, led by Portuguese coach Artur Jorge, aimed to give as many players as possible the opportunity to assess their response to the training program they had been following since the preparations began in Doha, before traveling to Spain in preparation for the new season.

Rayan also made several notable signings during the summer transfer window, including the Brazilian professional, Gregory Silva, who joined the team until 2027, as well as several local signings such as Jasem Jabir, Mohamed Ibrahim, Ahmed Alaa, Bahaa Al-Lithy, Abdullah Yusuf, and Mahmoud Abu Nada, who joined the team during the current summer transfer window.

The Al-Rayyan are scheduled to conclude their friendly matches on Wednesday, July 30, with two strong matches against the Saudi team, Al-Noum, and the Spanish team, Granada B. This will allow them to return to Doha in preparation for the final phase before the start of the new season.

And Riyad is aiming to stand out during the upcoming season of the Doha Bank Stars League, after finishing the previous season in fifth place, and also reaching the Prince's Cup final, where he lost to Al-Gharafa with a score of 2-1.
