The retiree represents a long-term national investment. Their accumulated practical experience, deep understanding of details, and ability to analyze, advise, and guide, make them a valuable human capital that is just as important as any financial investment for an institution. Neglecting this segment is a waste of the institution's resources that cannot be easily compensated for, and they should be preserved and developed by utilizing them in the institution's future administrative development plans. 

It is unreasonable and unacceptable, both legally and ethically, for a company manager, regardless of their position, to treat an employee approaching retirement as a problematic administrative and financial issue that needs to be marginalized and eliminated.

&Conversely, the manager does not have the right to force any employee into retirement; in doing so, he is committing an offense.&"Administrative, ethical, and national crime"&"By pressing it, he would park it in a neglected corner, pushing himself towards laziness and resignation in search of functional comfort and administrative tranquility, which reflected negatively on his image among his colleagues." 

This behavior suggests that he has become a burden, and he may be motivated to voluntarily retire early under similar psychological circumstances. 

Therefore, the employee nearing retirement remains an active and valuable part of the organization. They should be given full respect and appreciation, and their experience should be utilized to the fullest extent possible, provided they are in good physical health. 

It is very important for the organization to instill a sense in its employees that retirees are given special care and deep respect, even after their service period has ended. 

This feeling of appreciation and care effectively fosters loyalty and dedication among current employees towards their organization, and assures them that their contributions will continue to be valued even after their retirement.
