When one of the dearest people in our lives falls ill or experiences a great hardship, the heart feels as though it has been deeply grieved, and the soul is overwhelmed with feelings of sadness and helplessness. It seems that everything around us becomes dull and lifeless. One of the most difficult things a person can experience in life is to see someone they love suffer, and to be unable to alleviate their pain or heal their wounds. This feeling of helplessness can be devastating, and it can make us re-evaluate every aspect of our lives.The grief in these moments is not just a tear falling, but a long silence, a gaze filled with anxiety, and a faint prayer we raise to the heavens. We try to hold on, but sometimes we cry in secret, because we want to appear strong in front of those we love. We try to put a smile on our faces so as not to add to their pain, but inside us, the walls of patience crumble.We may feel frustrated with ourselves, blaming ourselves for not being able to heal or solve the problem. Frustration may also creep in, especially when the hardship lasts for a long time. It is here that the true meaning of faith is revealed, and the difference between those who collapse under the weight of adversity and those who become stronger and more devoted to God becomes clear.Faith doesn't mean hiding our sadness, but rather directing it towards God, confiding in Him everything, and saying to Him with a broken heart:&"O Lord, we have no power nor influence except through You."&"Only God knows what is in the hearts, and He is able to heal bodies and souls. He is the one who said:&"With the remembrance of God, the hearts find peace."&"In the face of these feelings, we must allow ourselves to feel, to cry, to grieve, but without giving in. We must draw strength from our faith, and remind ourselves that even the most difficult trials are temporary, and that God is more merciful to us and to our loved ones than we are to ourselves.In such circumstances, it is our duty to be by the side of those we love, not just physically, but also with spiritual and emotional support, kind words, a touch of affection, and sincere prayers. These can achieve what even the strongest treatments cannot.We must remind ourselves that illness or hardship may be a test, a source of mercy, a means of cleansing from sins, and a means of elevating one's status. If God loves a servant, He may test them, and this hardship may be one of the doors of His mercy, not punishment.Ultimately, we must surrender everything to God, trusting that He will not waste our tears, our prayers, or our patience. And no matter how long the night may be, it will inevitably be followed by dawn, and God is with those who are patient. &; O Lord, heal those we love, and heal our hearts that are unable to bear seeing them suffer. Grant us sight that is filled with joy, so that it will erase all this pain.

The reality is that some jobs are already being eliminated, forcing affected employees to transition to new fields that require intellectual, creative, or human skills that artificial intelligence cannot easily replicate, such as leadership, innovation, strategic analysis, and human care.But can we say that artificial intelligence completely replaces humans? The answer is simply: no. Although artificial intelligence excels in certain areas, it remains a tool that relies on humans to guide, train, and monitor it. Artificial intelligence does not possess self-awareness or emotions, and it cannot make ethical decisions or deal with social and cultural complexities as effectively as humans. Therefore, its role is to support and assist, not to completely replace humans.In contrast, employees can benefit from the advantages of artificial intelligence to develop their skills and improve their efficiency. Instead of resisting it, it is recommended to learn how to use AI tools, such as predictive systems, data analysis, and intelligent assistants. For example, marketing staff can use AI tools to analyze consumer behavior and personalize advertising campaigns, while engineers can use it to improve designs and test models.Furthermore, developing personal and professional skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, and emotional intelligence, remains one of the most important ways to stand out in the future job market, as these abilities will remain irreplaceable by artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence presents both a real challenge and an opportunity. Those who approach it with fear will miss out, while those who see it as a tool for development will find a powerful ally in the rapidly changing world.
