History is not just an open book, but a vast and treacherous valley, with its many canyons, intricate paths, and hidden dangers.Whoever enters without understanding, leaves burdened with illusions, not with wisdom, and with longing, not with insight!Not everyone who reads history and understands it, and not everyone who understands it escapes its pitfalls. ‏Some of the greatest traps in history: ‏1. Being amazed by events, not by rituals &People often focus on "What happened?" rather than asking "Why did it happen?" or "How can it happen again?" ‏ Will they be amazed by the victory of the Conquest, or will they study how the souls were prepared for it beforehand! &They sing of the reconquest of Andalusia, but they don't reflect on how it happened, nor on how it was lost! &They celebrate the memory of Saladin, but they don't teach how he achieved victory through strategy and tactics before achieving victory on the battlefield. &RLM: Accidents without rules; become rituals of glorification, not lessons for survival. ‏2. Sanctifying symbols without deconstructing the experience &RLM: One of the most dangerous traps in history is to freeze great figures in their images, to bow down to them, without allowing our minds to learn from their example. &We turn leaders into emotional idols, instead of using their experiences as a guide for progress! &When this happens, history becomes a museum of glorification, not a laboratory of understanding. We chase shadows, and abandon the light. &Saladin was not a hero simply because history has portrayed him that way; rather, he was a hero because he forged a nation before conquering the fortress. ‏3. Surface measurement across eras &One of the biggest mistakes of a mentally impaired mind is to imagine that today's diseases can only be treated with past remedies! Without understanding the changes. &...that what worked in a past era will necessarily work in our time, even if the environment, the cause, and the body, and the nature of the threat have changed! &We resort to solutions from past centuries to address the complexities of the modern state, without understanding its variables, and we measure our present against a mature moment, without its tools, its people, or its conditions. &...we fall into the absurdity of comparison, the naivety of measurement, and the loss of direction. &We have not benefited from the wisdom of the past, nor have we strived to build the present. &...but we remained prisoners for two eras: repeating the glories of the past without understanding its context or conditions, and opposing the present with the helplessness of those who lack the tools to understand it or the courage to change it! &We recorded our admiration in past gatherings, and now we declare our inability to cope with the present in the halls of construction! &We are bowing our heads to a history we don't understand, and raising our voices against a reality we have no tools to confront! ‏4. The past as a refuge, not a mirror for accountability. &Sometimes, history becomes a comfortable bed to sleep on, rather than a beacon of awakening. &We return to it not to understand, but to escape. &We boast of our glories while we are at our lowest point, and we recite the verses of victory while we are defeated in every battle. ‏ like singing over ashes, and recounting stories as if they are brand new! &"This escape doesn't create awareness, but rather reinforces helplessness." ‏5. The absence of positive reading of history &...and this is one of the most insidious traps, from which even the most intelligent people have not escaped. &...reducing historical reading to conflict, coloring it with opinion, and turning it into a trial without discussion! &We cannot benefit from the experiences of others, nor study the experiences of reform, unless we agree with their understanding of the doctrine or their way of thinking! &...because its owner disagreed with us on a theological issue, or interpreted a verse in a way that we did not understand! &I am losing a respected scholar because he disagreed with me on a point, or because he dared to go further than I did! ‏ and this is a double threat: &RLM&• A thought that opposes God's established traditions when it restricts them through party approval. &RLM&; and a mind that squanders the nation's wealth when it rejects tools of reform, even if they come from outside.&"The familiar framework"&" &The original purpose of studying history is to test the effectiveness of tools, and to extract lessons for change, not to conform to personal preferences! &...we take from each experience the useful tools, add to them knowledge from our own era, and discard what is outdated and obsolete. &And that is the true understanding: to revive the Sunnah, even if it comes from an opponent, and to reject innovations, even if they come from a beloved! &And finally: The real disaster is not making mistakes, but repeating the same mistakes in the name of history! &Let us fall again, believing that we are restoring glory. &...so that we fall into the same abyss, while believing that we are walking on the path of conquerors. &RLM: The past is nothing but the echo of tradition, calling out from across the centuries: &Please explain to me.&... before you write about me!!

&The poet Al-Mutanabbi composed verses that emerged from wisdom, and traveled through the course of time, as if they were verses of experience that humans have lived through repeatedly, and have fallen into their trap repeatedly! ‏Who informed her about it, saying: &And placing the sweetness in the place of the sword, at the summit. ‏ harmful, like placing a sword in a position of readiness &These verses are not mere embellishments of language or frivolous literary flourishes; rather, they represent a fundamental law of human existence, repeated in every situation, and present in every relationship. They reappear with every wronged person, every wise person scorned, and every generous person betrayed. ‏ Verses that rearrange values in their proper places, and awaken those who are unaware of the difference between the virtue of kindness and the vice of negligence, all under the guise of kindness! &Between conscious dreaming and the disguised weakness hidden beneath the guise of generosity! &RLM: Kindness in itself is a virtue, but it becomes a betrayal of nobility if it descends to the level of subservience, and it is silenced when the voice of falsehood prevails.‏ or, translated as silence in the face of insult. &True kindness doesn't shy away from confrontation; it postpones it until it has earned its due. If patience fails, it speaks what must be said and does what should be done. For generosity, when applied in the wrong place, produces thorns instead of roses, and forgiveness, when given to those who are not deserving, only increases their arrogance. Silence, when offered to those who feed on insults, only amplifies their venom. &"When we hide our demands behind generosity and stifle justified anger with politeness, we create a distorted image of truth. We make people believe that goodness doesn't anger, doesn't retaliate, and doesn't set boundaries. We make them believe that their smile is a sign of harmlessness, and their generosity is permission to abuse." &...and here, injustice takes its most dangerous form: injustice towards oneself in the name of morality! &In reality, God did not ordain patience to demean the slave, nor generosity to belittle manhood, nor tolerance to be a Trojan horse through which insults are gradually introduced. &Kindness does not mean becoming a punching bag for ridicule, or allowing sarcastic remarks to be ingrained in your personality like knives. &Love is not about abolishing boundaries, and brotherhood is not about trampling on dignity, nor is humor about disrespecting the noble soul in the name of: "We're just joking!" &A person who doesn't know when to be angry is not a good person, but rather careless. &A generous person who never knows when to stop is not generous, but rather excessive. &A person who remains silent in the face of an accusation is not wise, but rather submissive. &The person who is constantly tolerant of those who don't deserve it is a traitor to the very value of tolerance. &And if those who judge believe that silence is weakness, that gentleness is submission, and that generosity is concession, then they have not yet experienced the power of a kind person when angered, nor the voice of a wise person when he is enraged, nor the brilliance of dignity when it shines. &"A sword is not disgraced by its hilt; but it is not sharpened if honor is violated." &"Noble souls, by nature, know that life cannot be governed solely by emotion, but by insight." &And that patience does not mean weakness.&And that forgiveness does not mean surrender.&And that a smile does not mean submission. &And he who knows the place of the sword and the dew, knows his courage, his integrity, and establishes the balance of justice with others. ‏ And avoid misusing words; for if you place the honey in the wrong place, you will grow thorns in your heart. &If the sword is placed in the wrong position, it will cut what should not be cut. &Between dew and the sword; this is where courage is tested, where souls are revealed, where stances are defined, and where nations are built.
