&; In a world characterized by accelerating changes and interconnected influences, ethics, principles, religious teachings, and traditional norms remain the fundamental pillars that preserve human dignity and provide balance within oneself, one's soul, and one's interactions with others. Ethics are not a fleeting behavior or a temporary act, but rather the essence of personality and the spirit of interaction within society. They are the true measure of a nation's progress, advancement, sophistication, and respect for others. &; When a person possesses good character, it reflects in their words and actions, their appearance and body language, and their respect for others, as well as their adherence to their conscience and emotions. &• The Islamic religion came to complete and promote virtuous morals, making good character a form of worship, and linking faith with perfect conduct, as well as piety, compassion, and modesty. The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, emphasized this meaning in his teachings, saying:&"I have been sent only to complete [perfect] the good character [of mankind]."&"In order for a person to realize that the essence and foundation of religion lies not only in appearances, but in intention, conduct, and righteousness. &• Religious teachings call for a refined tongue, one that is eloquent and reflects the beauty of the soul. The beauty of religion also manifests in modest dress, modesty, shyness, good speech, and dealing with others with justice, kindness, compassion, and honesty. &; It comes with the core of religion – its highest values and principles, which serve as a compass for the individual in their pursuits and guide them on the path, protecting them from deviation and falling prey to desires and whims. Adhering to principles makes the individual noble, respected, and with a strong and authentic presence, not swayed by the allure of interests or influenced by the opinions of others. &; It instills in the individual a sense of self-confidence, consistency in their words and actions, and strength in their decisions, because they possess something that cannot be bought or influenced: a living conscience. &; In a world of converging influences and communication, and in the face of media openness and cultural diversity, some values may weaken or disappear. They may also be replaced by vague and fragile concepts. Therefore, adhering to authentic customs, traditions, and norms that do not conflict with the Sharia is a crucial and highly important necessity. Customs represent an extension of the community's identity, memory, and authentic history, and they carry the wisdom of ancestors and the first generation, as well as their experiences, lives, and relationships in preserving and maintaining relationships and organizing life. In modesty of dress and concern for covering, we can see the influence of custom and religion together, when modesty is prioritized over excess, and respect is valued over attracting attention. &; In dealing with children, we find values such as respect, appreciation, generosity, and kindness, which are ingrained qualities and morals that parents strive to teach and instill in their children's minds and hearts. They do so because they believe that their children are a reflection of their own values and morals. &; Today, we see that social media and open-source programs have enabled people to enter homes without permission and without respecting privacy and time, using mobile and smart phones, which are now in the hands of children and teenagers without supervision or guidance, and without the ability to control or prevent misuse. Unfortunately, these have had a significant and clear impact on eroding many of these values, causing their disappearance and forgetting, as if they were a thing of the past!! They have also negatively affected the morals of current generations, and their language and perception of things, as well as weakening genuine dialogue within the home. &; The child who spends long hours in front of an open screen, accessing unlimited content, loses their sense of place and the importance of family interaction, communication, and shared experiences. They seek role models based on what they see and hear, and they miss the meaning of kindness, compliments, and genuine connection. They also miss the meaning of respect through competition and noise. &• It is now incumbent upon families to redefine the family-educational relationship and restore the family's role as the primary source of values, guidance, and principles. &* Adhering to ethics does not mean isolation and closure, nor does it contradict development and openness. Rather, it is the foundation upon which all real progress is built. What is the value of appearance without substance? And what is the value of success if it comes at the expense of values? The beauty of a human being is not measured by what they wear, but by the emotions, sincerity, kindness, language, and dialogue they carry within them, and in their behavior, which includes respect. &; Successful and strong societies and states that do not compromise their principles, remain loyal to their identity and values, and do not succumb to the influence or imitation of others, are the societies that are able to keep pace with modernity and development without losing their identity, and to open up to the world without abandoning their spirit. &; When an individual adheres to their principles, morals, and values, they become a role model in their home, a source of security in their community, and an ambassador for their values among people. This adherence is not imposed, but rather instilled through upbringing, reinforced by example, and protected through dialogue and awareness. Morals are cultivated and built within the home, and find their true arena outside the family circle in schools, universities, workplaces, and institutions, as well as in the streets and various aspects of life and their ways. It is a responsibility that everyone shares. &* Final thought: Today, more than ever, we need to reaffirm values and promote ethics, and always remember that the essence of humanity lies not in its appearance, but in its honesty, integrity, and moral system. The more we adhere to our principles and values, the more we preserve our dignity and protect future generations from loss, fragility, and the absence of fixed religious and national identities, and without principles to guide us in a constantly changing world. This is the greatest goal, the highest message, and the strongest foundation upon which nations build their path to progress. Nations gain respect from the world by upholding their Islamic and national identity, even if others disagree. This is what has given Qatar strength and international presence in its adherence to its Islamic and Arab identity, as demonstrated in hosting the 2022 World Cup, which has become a model to follow.

Developing Competencies: Recognizing the importance of human resources in combating corruption, the Audit Bureau invests in training and equipping its staff with the latest knowledge and skills, as well as updating its monitoring tools to keep pace with best international practices.The role of the Audit Bureau in raising public awareness of its oversight role and the importance of protecting public funds, in order to achieve the third objective of the Audit Bureau's 2024-2028 strategic plan, which is cooperation and communication, with the aim of promoting social responsibility regarding the importance of preserving public funds. The Audit Bureau's efforts to combat financial corruption and promote transparency, within the framework of supporting the third national strategy (2025-2030), which focuses on building strong and effective institutions characterized by transparency and accountability, as well as achieving government spending efficiency and national economic development, are also important. Establishing good governance and institutional integrity is a fundamental pillar of this strategy, and directly contributes to enhancing public trust in government institutions and creating a conducive economic and administrative environment for sustainable development.These efforts also contribute to achieving Qatar's National Vision 2030, which prioritizes building a diversified and sustainable economy based on the principles of transparency, fairness, and good governance. Reducing financial corruption and achieving spending efficiency support economic development through the optimal use of resources, promote social development by ensuring equitable distribution of wealth, and foster human development by creating an institutional environment based on efficiency and accountability. Transparency also supports a reliable investment environment, which enhances the country's competitiveness at both regional and international levels.Through these integrated roles, the Audit Bureau reaffirms its firm commitment to supporting the state's efforts in combating financial corruption, protecting public funds, and establishing the foundations of good governance, thereby enhancing public trust in state institutions and serving the national goals of comprehensive development.
