By using Mysem — the site the QR codes on our cups and tables open — you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a code sent by SMS. Keep your phone safe and never share the code.
• One account per person, with accurate details. We may suspend an account that is misused or used to game offers or the loyalty programme.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in Qatari riyals as shown when you order. Prices and availability may change without notice; a confirmed order keeps its price.
• You can pay at the counter, or online when available. An order counts as paid only once the payment is confirmed.
• To ask about an order or cancel it before it is prepared, speak to the café team.

Loyalty programme and offers

• Points, stamps and vouchers are rewards with no cash value; they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers may expire on the date shown on them. Offers are subject to their published conditions (dates, days, times and usage limits).
• We may change the programme or an offer; anything you earned before the change is kept.

Events and courses

• Seats are limited and your registration is confirmed by the ticket you receive. You may be asked to show its code at the door.
• If we have to move or cancel an event, we will tell registered guests, and payments are handled under that event's published policy.

Live seminars and what you send us

• Questions and contributions must be respectful and free of abuse or advertising. The session manager reviews them and may hide any that are not suitable.
• By sending a question or feedback you allow Mysem to show it in the hall or use it to improve its services, without publishing your contact details.

Contests and polls

Each contest has its own conditions on its page. Winners are contacted on their registered mobile number, and we may disqualify entries that break the rules.

Intellectual property

Content on the platform — reflections, articles, images and the logo — belongs to Mysem or its owners and may not be used commercially without permission. You are welcome to share the reflection and articles with credit.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep information accurate and the service available, but cannot guarantee it is free of interruptions or errors. Articles and reflections are for inspiration and general knowledge, not professional advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
